Cleveland Baseball Federation
Presented in partnership with the Cleveland Division of Recreation, the program is free and the season runs May 8-July 29. Uniforms and equipment are provided. Practices and games are at Humphrey Park, north side of Grovewood Ave. between E. 161st and E. 164th. Sign-up happens on a rolling basis, stop by Collinwood Rec Center or call (216) 420-8323.

Cleveland Public Library PuppetPalooza!
Visit your neighborhood branch on Tuesdays beginning June 4th for weekly puppet workshops. Present a puppet show with Lit League friends at the end of summer! Children from birth through age 18 earn points for reading and participating in fun activities all summer long. Register online at or at your branch.

The First Tee of Cleveland Golf Lessons at Briardale Greens
Golf lessons for youth ages 6-18 incorporate The First Tee’s Nine Core Values and Life Skills curriculum. Summer: Tuesdays and Fridays, June 3–August 3. Fees range from $40-$55 for summer session. Girl Scouts—Unleash the Strong!
What’s a G.I.R.L.? She’s a Go-getter, an Innovator, a Risk Taker and a Leader. Girls in grades K through 12 can explore their talents, build on their strengths, and make their community a better place. Membership is $25 per year, and financial assistance is available.
Girl Scouts—Welcome to Daisy An introduction to Girl Scouts for girls going into Kindergarten. Reserve your spot in a troop, receive a patch, certificate, and free admission to the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo on Girl Scout Day in September. $35.

Tennis Lessons
Youth ages 8-17 can take free lessons Monday-Thursday at Humphrey Park courts. June 10-August 1. Dress for the weather and bring a water bottle. Vacation Bible School at Aspinwall Church of God  Kids ages 4-16 are invited to faith-filled fun June 20-22nd. Thursday and Friday, 6-8 p.m., Saturday is a ‘Fear Factor’ themed carnival at 2 p.m. with food, games, giveaways. Free. Rides available, call 216-268-0879.

Vacation Bible School at The Salvation Army  Kindergarten through 6th grade Kids will get “powered Up” and raise their game for life with Jesus through this years video game theme Vacation Bible School. Waterloo Arts Round Robin Art Camp  Youth ages 6 to 13 will be immersed in the creative community of the Waterloo Arts District. The day will begin and end at Waterloo Arts, but they will visit other maker-spaces throughout the district to try printing, ceramics, fiber arts, painting, yoga with professional artists.
