Boy Scouts & Cub Scouts
Cub Scouts, for boys in grades 1-5, to have fun while learning skills that will help them later on. With a program tailored to match each age in a young boy’s life, Cub Scouts learn that even when fun isn’t easy, it’s always an adventure. Boy Scouts is for boys 11 and up and turns good kids into tomorrow’s leaders. With more than 130 Merit Badges, Scouting is the ultimate form of learning by doing. BRICK! Kids Classes
Classes and workshops are held in BRICK’s state of the art ceramics studio located in the Waterloo Arts District of Cleveland, Ohio. Students have access to pottery wheels, a mold-making area, a slab-roller, clay and studio glazes. Class fees for long term classes include one 25 pound bag of clay, glaze, tools, instruction, and kiln firings in the large gas kiln or several electric kilns.

Together We Can
Looking for a summer camp to support a grieving child? Hospice of the Western Reserve’s bereavement center offers Together We Can, a children’s grief support camp for ages 6-13 in the beautiful natural setting of Red Oak Camp in Kirtland. Camp transportation for residents of Collinwood and surrounding communities will be provided from Hospice of the Western Reserve’s Lakeshore campus on E. 185th St. The camp will be held June 6-8, 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Children interact with other children who are going through a similar experience, and can share their feelings in a safe, supportive environment. Creative play and a variety of outdoor activities are a part of the healing experience. The camp is led by grief support professionals experienced in working with children.
