Cleveland illustrator Sequoia Bostick received the very first copy of the 2022 Scoop on Summer this week. She waited the longest of any of us to see the art in print. She created the art in 2019-2020 based on the then-new Euclid Beach Pier. After a two-year hiatus, the Scoop is back in print, and Sequoia’s art is finally gracing the cover of 16,000 printed copies. They’re being distributed by volunteers deeply throughout the Collinwood area, at schools and locally-owned eateries; and widely throughout the city and eastern suburbs, where many descendants of Collinwood families migrated. By Saturday, you should find hard copies in any locally-owned eatery in the neighborhood.
