When you submit an event, please consider these guidelines:
- Don't make multiple submissions for the same event. Events don't get published right away. They must be approved by an administrator, so it may take a day or two before you see your event on the calendar.
- Please keep event titles brief. Administrators may edit your event text for consistency and readability.
- For recurring events, set the end date to one year from the first event. Recurring events must be renewed every year. Events set beyond one year will be removed.
- If you are attaching an image, please make it a square image, preferably 800x800 pixels, in .webp, .png, or .jpg format.
- Please avoid uploading a flyer image.
- If you are having trouble creating a new location, include the address in the description.
- The dropdown list for time is in 24-hour format. For example: 2pm is 14. We are working to update this, so thank you for your patience!
